Ben spent the last few years as the communications lead for a local engineering firm, successfully positioning them as a strong market leader. He specialises in storytelling, multi-channel communication processes, data and insights, and strategic communications. He has in-depth experience with working with diverse leaders in local and international firms, and managing cross-functional projects.
Scarlett Chong, Senior Partner
Start-ups | Innovation | Optimisation
Scarlett's last role was overseeing Investor Relations in a VC firm. She specialises in closely working with start ups, new set ups and small & micro enterprises, to bring growth and structure. She is a driven and resourceful organiser with a capability to leverage internal assets and external resources to be effective under the most challenging environments.

Scarlett is an avid diver and loves travel.

YW Lee, Senior Partner

Lee's last role was the Regional Head of Strategy, Marketing and Communications in an MNC. She works closely with diverse teams across functions and geographies in consultancy, marketing, strategy and business development functions. She specialises in user experience, insights, effective storytelling and strategy.

Lee has an MBA (Merit) from Cardiff Metropolitan University, with distinctions in Strategy and Finance. She is also the Strategy and Sponsorship Director of DB Hearts, a non-profit organisation committed to catalysing true diversity and boundlessness for typical and atypical groups.
Edmund Seow, Consultant

Edmund is a dynamic facilitator who can design effective workshops, engage audiences, and deliver impactful interventions on a variety of platforms, levels and seniority. He works with all levels of management and staff to catalyze change efforts in an organisation, and is familiar with process and cultural change in evolving and highly challenging environments. He has more than 15 years of experience in financial, non-profit and consulting organisations.

J spent years as a Bid Manager and in Business Development, specialising in financial and resource return on investment in Business Development, as well as bid governance for both local and regional organisations. J's experience includes working with cross-functional projects and diverse sales teams.

YC graduated with First Class Honours from NTU in Bachelor of Communication Studies. YC specialises in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, and is an expert storyteller. Over the years, YC has worked with C-suite leaders in articulating strategic priorities, crafting internal and external brand stories and setting up multi-channel communication strategies.
